Are there any universal roof bars for my car? - There are some universal bars on the market but generally they fit lots of cars poorly.

What makes up a set of roof bars? You will need bars, footpack & fitting kit (Raised railed cars only need footpack & Bar)

I have an old roof box would you take it as part ex? - Yes just send us a photo and we can give you a rough idea of value

I cannot get the box closed / key won't turn what should I do? Remove some of the larger items, shuffle the contents around and try again. If the box now closes it was just overloaded.

Rentals

Where can I collect from? Castle Combe during opening hours, at home fitting available at a cost.

What is your at home fitting radius? Under 30 Minutes travel time from SN147EY (in normal conditions) is £25 up to 50 minutes £35. Beyond that we are not able to offer the service.

I am not going to make it back in time what can I do? Just give us a call its normally not an issue, chargeable at a flat £10 a day or the day rate of your hire ( which ever is highest)

Warranties

If I sell the items does the warranty carry over? - No the warranty is only valid to the purchaser from new.

You sell used products do they come with a warranty? - No but if you are looking for a warranty our new items come with up to 5 years warranty - info above

 

Product Fitting

Do you offer fitting?  Yes we do - Clear pricing and info can be found here 

Do you offer remote fitting? Yes we do - Info and pricing can be found here

What is included in the fitting service? Product fitting, demo & waste removal

If I dont want the fiting service can I fit onsite? Yes that fine but all waste will need to go with you

Do you fit towballs? - No but we can recommend some local firms to help with that

I purchased some bars from another individual / business can you fit them? - No we only offer fitting for products we sell as they have been checked for faults & all parts are inlcuded.
