Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 5 days or more before the collection or home fitting date will receive a full refund.

For cancellations made between 5 days and 2 days before the booking date, 25% of the total booking value will be retained as an administration charge.

Cancellations made less than 2 days before the booking date are non-refundable.
